Simply bring it to our Customer Service Department, and our jewelry appraisers will assess your jewelry and give you a quote based on current market prices. If you’re looking to sell a large collection of jewelry, your pieces can be completed in one transaction. At this time, no appointment is needed and there is no limit to the number of items you can bring in.

If you’re unsure whether something is sellable, bring it in for our experts to examine or contact us. We accept yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold purities of 10K and above. We buy broken jewelry as long as it contains gold, sterling silver, or platinum. The metal’s value is based on its weight and purity, not its condition. Borsheims does not accept plated jewelry, dental scrap, coins, or bars, and we do not purchase gemstones that are set in the metal or otherwise. If you wish to retain the gemstones we can remove them for a fee of $5 per stone, to be subtracted from the total offer. Please allow at least 30 minutes for an individual evaluation and 24 hours for five or more items. Quotes must be accepted or declined at the Customer Service counter when presented. If you’d like more time to decide, you must leave with your items and come back for a new quote. The metal will be recalculated for an updated quote on the day you return, superseding any prior tender offer. You are under no obligation to sell.
