Return Policy
If you return a jewelry or gift department item in its original condition within 90 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
Watches may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of sale with proof of purchase. Watch merchandise must be in new condition and be accompanied by the original box, paperwork and all associated components. Any missing or damaged components will void the refund.
If the item you are returning was given as a gift, you will receive Borsheims store credit. You may use this credit at any time to purchase the item of your choosing.
Final sale items are ineligible for returns.
