Jacqui found her calling in fine jewelry in 1988 while pursuing graduate studies at the University of Kansas. After completing her education, she returned home to Borsheims where she stayed for four years. Jacqui’s jewelry career has since taken her far and wide, from the U.S. Virgin Islands to Portland, Oregon, where she owned a jewelry store for 20 years. Yet, no matter where life led her, Jacqui always found her way back to Borsheims, where she has been since 2019. Jacqui has a lifelong love for jewelry she treasures sharing with others. Believing nothing rivals the joy on someone’s face when receiving jewelry, Jacqui finds magic in the art of gifting. To Jacqui, Borsheims is more than a jewelry store—it's a place where memories are made.

For Jacqui, the outdoors is a sanctuary where she loves to hike, practice yoga and tend to her garden.
