Borsheims offers complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection for jewelry purchased at Borsheims. We recommend doing this every 6 months. Our in-house jewelers expertly examine and repair your jewelry to help protect it for a lifetime.
Complimentary Appraisal
Borsheims provides a complimentary insurance appraisal for jewelry over $1,000 at the time of purchase. We recommend an appraisal update every 5 years, and updates on items purchased at Borsheims are provided free of charge with original documentation. We do not currently offer appraisals for jewelry purchased elsewhere.

Borsheims will refinish your engagement ring once before your wedding day so that it's photo ready.
Express Diamond Setting
Borsheims' talented inhouse jewelers are able to set a center diamond for your engagement ring within 48 hours of purchase. In addition to putting the final touches on our own fine jewelry, we can also help care for yours with our full service repair shop.
90 Day Return Policy
If you return a jewelry or gift department item in its original condition within 90 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
